Although I believe its mostly your fault; still legally you have a case. Did you ever gave a written consent/ called for that matter, to them to trade for you? if NO, they are not allowed to trade. You write to bonanza and sebi, saying that your account was handled without your knowledge and it was only an unpleasant surprise when one day you decided to check your account. Also say that you never gave any order whatsoever to trade. Convey this to your fellow victims also. This will have a strong case against them. additionally arrange some protest against their office and involve media.
