A simple pranayama:- Spread a cotton sheet on the floor.Stand on it facing
your body to east.Expand your chest a little and contrast the stomach a little.
Touch your foots to each other.Touch your palms to each other and place them over
the chest.The right part of the body is "+"ve and the left part is "-"ve.When you
touch the palms and the foots to each other,a closed circuit of bio magnetic current
will flow through the body.Now inhale deeply and rithumatically and exhale slowly.Continue this for at least 10 minute.

Friend, i am not a yoga teacher.i am sharing my practical experience only.
i have no intention to argue to do all yogo.when i got time only then i will
write about yogo without your permission.

The problem is with the head.If the head has itching sensation or have headache, then the trading decision taken will most probably be incorrect as the body and the mind is inter related.What affect the the body will affect the mind and vice verca.Also if breath is out of order,then the mind will also be erratic.Some days you will experience loss or some worryness.This will result in loss of energy as
prana sakti has gone to outside.Then you will feel an irritation in the head.
Your head should have coolness.Youngsters have plenty of energy ,so they will naturaly have a coolness in the head.Day by day the prana sakti is erroding due to many reasons.You have to recapture the lost energy and should allow it to travel inside your spine in a up and down motion.Then your head will automatically became cool.Then you have became centered.Then no one can decive you.
The tools are -meditation,pranayama,sheersasana and surya namaskara.
In astrology it is said that ,if you have coolness inside the head it means that
your time has changed to good.This shows that ,through yoga you can change even your fate.

1)Computers and TVs will reduce human immunity power.Try to use mouse as little as posible as it emmit laser radiation.It is better to use an LCD monitor.The LED's emmit more radiations.If data card is using,place it away from the system.Use Wi Fi as less as possible.

2)Avoid siting under a fan.Air is an energy.The fan will blow the air to outside.The presanse of stll air will give energy.The more the emty space the room have the more better.

3)If the room is built as per vastu measurement,that place will give energy
.
4)The color emit vibrations.Find the color which is suitable to your energy body,and use the light shade of that color to the walls.

5)Occationaly give rest to the eyes.Looking at the computer screen will exhaust the bodily energy.Washing the eyes with water and looking at the sky for some time will energise the eyes

6)Placing a water splitering pump(aquariam pump) will give prana to the room.

7)Placing a quartz crystal will give positive vibrations to the room,but that crystal should be placed under the pipe water often to clear out the negative vibrations accumulating on it

8)Siting on the chair contineously will block the bood passage to the limbs,and then the prana will also be blocked.THe universal prana should be enter into the body contineously
through the body energy chakras for the well beings.It is better to alter your siting positions when you feel discomfort.If the pain in the legs persist,there may block in blood circulation.If it is the case,when the stomach is empty
dip the foot in the hot water ,in which sea salt is dissolved.After that, doing pranayama will remove the blockage.

9)It is because of the sun that the earth became magnetised.There is a magnetic current (not earth magnetic field)flowing over the earth surface from east to west.If you sit facing to east ,you are in align with that energy.

10) If you feel tired when working,Look at the sky for some time or clamp your palms and touch your foots to each other and do some rythematic beaths.The out going breath should be shallow and the inhale should be a little forcible.


11)Take a break and walk to and fro in the room.This is a yoga to energise the energy body.

12)As immunity power is reducing day by day.eat vegitables or fruits contains Vitamin C(Ex:Amla)

13)Drink a glass of grape juice every day if possible.

14)Spend some time with nature.The nature has the power to bring you to harmony with the surroundings.

15)Walking with out having much thoughts is a curative medicine for both mind and body.

16)Take fasting once in a week will remove impurities from the blood and will strengthen the veins

17)The food taken will need sun power in the atmosphere to digest.The mood of the mind also depends on the sunlight.As there is no sunlight in the night the bodily digestive power will be very poor.So the intake of food should be minimum

18)Taking a bath in salty water(sea salt dissolved) once in a week will clean your energy body(prana shareer).

Surya yoga:Sun is the main source of energy.We get sun energy from the food and from the sun light.Surya yoga is a method to absorbe sun energy directly through the eyes by looking at the sun.
The suitable time is at sun set or sun rise but it gives a good result
when before 8AM and after 6PM.Sit in any asana comfortly.The dress should be a loose one.Touch each finger tips to the other hand's finger tips and place the hands on the lap.This will help to flowthe energy in a closed circuit.Relax the breath and look at the sun with the naked eyes.If you feel discomfort in the eyes better stop practice for the time being.
You can look at for 5 minutes initialy and can increase by 3 minutes every week.Imagine that the sun power is entering through the third eye( point between the eye brows) and traveling to the entire body and energising the whole body and a smoothing sensation is begining in the body and the mind.
There is a draw back in this practice, that is you will loose weight as the bodily fire is increasing.
Surya yoga is a most effective method to revitalise the body .You will feel less hunger during the practice as a lot of energy has been absorbed and so the body need less energy that is getting from the food.

A beginner who has a string of profitable trades often feels he can walk on
water. He starts taking wild risks and blows up his account. On the other hand,
an amateur who takes several losses in a row often feels so demoralized that he
cannot place an order even when his system gives him a strong signal to buy or
sell. If trading makes you feel elated or frightened, you cannot fully use your
intellect. When joy sweeps you off your feet, you will make irrational trades
and lose. When fear grips you, you'll miss profitable trades.
A professional trader uses his head and stays calm. Only amateurs
become excited or depressed because of their trades. Emotional reactions are
a luxury that you cannot afford in the markets"-Alexander Elder
Trading is a pshycholagical game.in order to win ,your mind should
be calm and steady.This can be attained through yoga.Mind conrol is the byproduct
of yoga.Mind and breath is connected.By practicing yoga the breath will become
steady and hence the mind also.Mind dwell in the body.If the body is atuned with
the universal force through yoga the mind will in turn become calm,because the nature
of universe is "calmness"

OSHO's meditation:

1)Stand up and take deep but very fast beathing(Choatic breathing) for 10 minutes.
Breath should not break.It should be contineous and deep
2)Jog for next 10 minutes(jogging will conserve energy)
3)Twist the body to one side and then to other side in a cyclic motion for 10 minutes

This will recharge the body with the divine force

There is a serpent power residing at the bottom end of the spinal cord,
called the kundalini power.It is the universal force.Man is the microcosom
and the universe is the macrocosom.Both are connected.You are the part of the
whole universe,so there is a connection between you and the whole creatures and the innanimate
world.
Through yoga and meditation the kundalini power can be awaken.As it is a force ,if being awaken,it will not sit there,but will travel to any passage available.And the passage reside in the spinal cord.All the sadhanas is to widen this passage or channel to the head.
If awaken it will give it's energy to the head.Now you are connected with the universal
force,as kundalini is nothing but the universal force.Respecting it and worshiping it
alone will leads to a peaceful life.
