A tool for Fundamental Analysis

I gone though this post from starting, but could not get, from where to down load tool and excel sheet.

can some one help me for this. I am new member, please help me to understand if I am missing some thing..

There is no tool or excel sheet. The thread starter has removed them and this is a pretty old thread.
