Best brokerage after icici direct

Hi,
ICICI always charges a lot..thy charged me around 13% brokerage...after asking customer care n RM also there is just 1 reason...its automated sys :mad: now decided to switch...which one better in terms of service n charges..howz axis direct n sharekhan?
