How to check if RTD is enabled by broker in Trading terminal - I have checked in excel sheet , I am getting #N/A , #N/A , #N/A , #N/A in all columns . In first column formula shows =RTD("nest.scriprtd",,"mcx_fo|CRUDEOIL14NOVFUT","Trading Symbol") ,
=RTD("nest.scriprtd",,"mcx_fo|CRUDEOIL14NOVFUT","LTP") , likewise others . How to rectify the error.

Drop the sir.
In Raghuveer's link, theres a pdf help file, details are given there, to download remove spaces from that link and d/L.

to check if RTD is enabled:
1. Request your Broker, to activate RTD feature for your Trading Terminal. If
RTD is not activated, you will get "RTD attribute not licensed" error.
2. Office 2007 or above required
3. Go to, start and right click ‘MS Office excel’, in drop down click,
‘ properties’ In next dropdown that opens click “compatibility’ on top,
click the check box that says “Run this program as an administrator”, also
click the bar “Change settings for all users”, in next dropdown, click “Run
this program as an administrator “, click Ok, Ok.
4. Go to start open excel sheet, then go to Trade Terminal right click the scrip in Marketwatch,
in dropdown select link to excel, click selected items, and paste in excel sheet, if you see the same
details in excel sheet as in market watch and rates are changing, it means RTD is enabled

If not Request your Broker, to activate RTD feature.

Sir,
in my amibroker data is updating but I will have to click on the chart then I could update. after 5 minutes that also stops updating.
I am using trade tiger. Data is updating in TT to snap and to rtd continuously but stop updating after sometime in amibroker
Seniors please help

is there any way to get the Bid/Ask Rate using the tool from Nest?

It seems some other application on your machine is interfering with updates or there is some issue with Excel.

You will have to use Aux1 and Aux2 fields of AmiBroker. You will have to add these fields in Format files. Excel utility will allow that. I am not sure of NestRTD.exe.
Backfill will not be available as VWAP or Nestplus do not give these.
