Where to Complaint Regarding Brokerage Fraud

i have some frauds done with my account by my share brokerage firm. in what way can i file the case against them and where...means consumer court or with SEBI...please help regarding this info

Reach out to SEBI. I think there is link on SEBI's site to put complaint.

and what are the proofs that we need against them....cause its terminal of brokerage firm...they can modify any thing and prove us wrong....

Most likely u can't blame terminal / software of brokerage firm. If you read the fineprint of contract that u have signed with them while opening account, they would have covered themselve pretty well.
