When do you skip trading?

We always have a mindset of taking entries but even then we skip trading for some reasons. Can you mention some?
I skip trading if I'm not feeling up to it, whether that's being tired, stressed, or just off my game. It's important to trade with a clear mind to make the best decisions.

I skip trading when market conditions are unfavorable, such as during periods of high volatility or low liquidity. Additionally, if my trading strategy's criteria aren't met or if I'm experiencing emotional or psychological strain, I prefer to step back and reassess rather than force trades. It's crucial to prioritize quality over quantity and maintain discipline to preserve capital and achieve long-term success.

Periods of high volatility or low liquidity are bad conditions for trading. During low volatility, you will not earn anything, and during high volatility, the risks of getting lost are too high.

I skip trading when I dont have any idea about why market is moving so much ,due to any news etc
I am pleased that my broker fxopen has everything in order with liquidity providers, there is instant execution and minimal spreads so that I can trade scalping comfortably, but it is better to stop trading when important news comes out, since spreads widen at a time of low liquidity.
