web link to track NIFTY50 and Sensex

Hi, I am new to investment and want to track NIFTY50 and Sensex. Is there a reliable web link which can show the relevant chart for its past performances in various time frames e.g. months, years, 5Y, 10Y etc. Searched in Nifty and sensex official site but did not get. thanks
