It takes years to become a successful trader.Untill then it is necessary to preserve our capital and health . I t is out most important to keep health of a trader sound for his profession .But it is challenging for a trader particularly for those who are in learning curve like me.I am expressing my own experience along with possible soln .All other members are requested to express their own views and experiences in this regard.
Physical* (1) Currently I M facing EYE strain pbm resulting frequent headache due to excessive tap watching.
Soln-(1)Reduce screen intensity.
(2)Keep a print out of the copies which needs repeated view for clearificaton.Currently I make print copy of all documents related to AFL writing. Reading printed copy is more comfortable than E-copy.
#3 Break of 10 second after every hour. Just keep ur eye close and count 110.Do it even trading hour also.
#4 washing eye with cool water frequently.
#5 Youg like Ramdevs style will help .But I have no idea on this .
Problem(2)Digestive pblm irregular food habit ,fast food, working up to late night , stress results digestive problem and acidity.
Current change in timing and having no lunch break is a great health issue for a trader. Soln#1 Get ready b4 9am .Eat sufficient solid and nutrient food in breakfast. #2 It is better to take lunch after 3pm rather than tking it in woking table with stress .
#3Avoid taking tea coffe excessively .These things reduce digestion prominently.
#4 Avoid alcohol in weakened also if u are in learning curve.Till u r learning u r a student ,and u should behave like so.Alcohol certainly effect ur learning process.

Due to long time seatting in wrong position
Sln#1 Adjust ur seating style .
# 2 take a break and get refreshed
All other members are invited to express their own issues and probable sln.Perticularly if there is anybody doctor or physiotherapist are requested to provide suggestions to make community healthy. GOOD LUCK.
