Can you also please look into order placement via SMS ?

system failure is a big problem ....losses due to net disconnection , system hang can be minimized if you introduce order placement via SMS.

Order placing through SMS could have a lot of issues like typos and even security issues.

You can use NOW mobile trading application in case your system is not accessible or even give us a call to place an order.

Thanks for your post.

The new STT rates will be effective from 1st June 2013. The circular for the same is still to come from the Exchange with the exact date.

We will make the change once the circular is out.

Send an email to your broker from your registered email address indicating your client Id and the screen shot and describe problem.

And edit your above post and remove the images containing your client id.
