Structuring Salary

I have across some advisories earlier on structuring salaries. Shall appreciate if someone could advise on how to structure a CTC (cost to company) package of Rs. 40 lakhs in order to minimise the amount of tax.

Dual taxation for Netherlands

Hi All,
I am having a resident permit in Netherlands and paying the tax according to the Dutch laws to here. Do I need to pay any tax in India on my income here, or on the money I transfer from here. How can I be sure about that and what can be legal implications if any.

Please advice.
