Sudden heavy increase/decrease in Stock Prices Need assistance

This above thing happens daily, for ex: Today April 6

ICICI Bank Jumped directly within few seconds 15Rs (A big thing for such a slow movement today)

RIL Decreased 15Rs. And then after 2 minutes suddenly increased 12Rs.

In both the above, I can see one long bar indicating buying/selling of Lakhs of shares by one person..

Note: There was major market (Nifty) movement.
