Dear Friends,

Below are MCX CRUDEOIL levels for 17.September.2011
_________________________________________________

MCX - CRUDEOIL TURNING POINT (TP) = 4112

The strategy with TURNING POINT (TP) is as follows -

Example -- If CRUDEOIL TP = 4386, then

Long at 4386 + 4 = 4390

Short at 4386 - 4 = 4382

Once a position is taken (min. 2 lots of MCX CRUDEOIL Future or multiples thereof),
keep booking profits at regular intervals of every 40 points gain.

Roll over position on expiry.

Dear Friend,

In such situations as mentioned above, you may take clue from a Technical Analysis Indicator like MACD, Stochastic, RSI, CCI, ADX, etc. depending on the time frame you follow.

We at SKFC trade based on 5 min. chart.

If the 5 min. candle close price is above TP we are long

and

if the 5 min. candle close price is below TP we are short.

Hope the above helps.

Best Regards,

SKFC Team

Dear Friend,

SKFC - TP levels are calculated based on various TA indicators and past experience.

It is almost impossible to derive a straight forward mathematical formula,
though we are working on it.
