Query on Non T2T segment, OCO/Bracket orders

Hello,
I am a newbie here. Looking into intraday trading. Got a few questions.

  • Where can I see the dynamic list of non T2T segment stocks? I mean the ones currently eligible for intraday trading.
  • Is OCO orders completely stopped in Upstox now? Or only for a few stocks on some days?
The same question about Bracket orders in Zerodha too.
  • For new investors, is NSE advised over BSE? If so why?
