I think land property is the best investment option as the price of the land always keeps uptrend as far as I know. I bought some land 5 years ago in Rs. 500000 and now the estimated price of that land is Rs. 2500000. You can see the rise percentage!

Well, I agree with @SurthesAmy. You will have to turn to real estate specialists in person to ask your doubts. Here, you will only find traders who may not have any experience in real estate.
