thanks a lot dost. I tried converting the csv format....what shud i select on the convert screen? When I select EXCEL it searches for xls file. is csv format supported??

Select the ascii text in the sources. Then click browse Select the files of type Allfiles (*.*) in the choose sourse destination and convert I checked it is coverting
