if you need all in one go, the best way to do is start recording a macro and do the changes you want manually and then stop recording the macro.

Do not use "relative reference" when you record.

next time just run the recorded macro and you are done

yes of course...but much better than that is while you record it asks you for a shortcut key...define any key apart from the default ones like ctrl+s, etc. use any non-default combinations.

you see, using keyboard over pointing device is much preferred.
