have share certificates of following companies:

gujarat ambuja cotspin limited
global trust bank limited
amethi textiles limited
kediya vanaspathi limited

are these shares of any use. if yes, then kindly explain in detail to how to proceed with them

Amalgamation of Gujarat Ambuja Cotspin Ltd with Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd.
M/s Gujarat Ambuja Cotspin Ltd (GACL) has been amalgamated with M/s Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd (GAEL) with effect from 01/04/1997 by the order of the Hon'ble Gujarat High Court received on 22/12/1998 and for every 4 Equity Shares of GACL 1 Equity Shares of GAEL is given on exchange.

global trust bank limited

Global trust bank got amalgamated with Oriental Bank of Commerce in 2004. It was done primarily to save the depositors. Dont think investors got anything out of it.So you cant do much about it. just google about it to make sure

amethi textiles limited

Got delisted in 2004. and then got relisted as Runeecha textiles.Their registars are Linkintime.Visit the website below to get the required information and then write to linkintime.You should get shares of Runeecha textiles

kediya vanaspathi limited

After two name changes became Kedia Vanaspati Ltd again. But it is currently suspended.So dont think you can do anything. Anyways visit the Bse website link below under filing and other info you will get the address of the registrar and company. Write to both company and the company registrar.
