MQL5 Market One Year On Evolution Follows Revolution

One year has passed since MQL5 became available on the international market. It was a year of hard work, during which the service had become developed into what is now a store of considerable size offering trading robots and technical indicators for the MetaTrader 5 platform.
MQL5 Markets initial stages began in June 2011 when the service was offered in a preliminary beta mode. From that point, developers were able to register as sellers and offer their products within the service. On February 3, 2012, the service was integrated with the MQL5.community payment system allowing traders to download free products, test demo versions and purchase commercial trading applications. A sales facility was established and the MQL5 service began to gain popularity.

Miss Nidhi shah,

Please contact your metaquotes office & ask them fix basic feed issues.

Metatrader is not fit for use atleast in the indian markets. if you look at the 1 hour chart and compare with any other charting package , it does not match.

Firstcharting uses MT5 latest version and they said they could not fix it as its the issue with MT4/5.

Now, i don't know how people use such a unreliable charting package. But it can become a real issue. If you don't believe me, try it for your self.

Also MT5 is very very old and clunky software used in forex markets. Ami,esignal, ninja are way ahead of MT4/5. I really don't think you can survive in the indian markets.

Stick to bucket shops and make your profits.

January Forex Industry Review

Word on the street is that January has been a good month for forex brokers. The continued weakness of the Japanese yen and mid-month intervention in the Swiss franc brought much needed volatility into the market. In addition, pent-up liquidity has been swarming into assets across the board with equities and the EURUSD being specific outperformers over January. The result has been a return of the 2011 mood for traders which is a great start for the industry.

During the month, its also seen several financial startups launching and expanding their marketing campaigns. Such an undercurrent of new innovation bodes well for increased awareness to the industry and also proves that despite the drop in revenues in forex trading during 2012, money is still flowing to the sector.

Unlike previous months there weren’t any single headline that dominated the news as much as lots of smaller news. After the December lull though, we did get a return of company announcements.
