Cronimet alloys formerly known as GMR Ferro has announced an open offer for the company at Rs 39.40 per share CMP 38.70.The promoters already have 70% of the company shares .They are having an open offer for 20% of the shares.It seems they want to delist the company.

Jindal power ipo is expected to hit the market this month end.The valuation is suspected to be 72000 Cr.The funny thing is Jspl mcap is 65000 Cr and it owns 90 % of Jindal power after the ipo.Get ready for fireworks.Just dont know whether it is going to take us to the moon or carry us in to the ground and bury us.
