work a minimum of 3 times means? out of how many times?

Higher tf -30 min.
Trading tf - 3/5 min.

I have come up with following things for a good level :-
1. Atleast 2 failures from a level.
2. If it's a range then minimum of 2 hour within that range. Same time limit for respecting a level.
Other thing we can consider later is about trading against higher tf trend or not ?
I think we should first finalize criteria for setup identification then we can move on to test it.
At EOD today will be posting 5 stocks which fulfill above criteria's.

the conditions you mention are not specific they can been seen on each and every stock every day , a stock can fail 2 times and then be lucky the third time , there is no such thing as perfect entry... 2 hour ranges seen in every stock intraday trend more impoeratnt that higher time frame for day trader , you can go againt trend sometimes key is recognising it

lupin was in range 881 - 887 from 1006 to 1130, then broke below and came back into range where it presented shorting opportunity.

ranbaxy was for about 2 hours was in range 438 - 443, broke below didnt retrace into the consolidation zone ...
