Is anyone using TD Ameritrade to buy options in the US market?

TD Ameritrade account opening and trading fees are zero.

Is anyone using their services for weekly options buying only.
No selling or marginable position.

By RBI rules, purchase of dollars for margin trades is illegal, but option buying does not need margin.
Some of the US stocks make big moves, worth buying weekly options on them.
