Insert image option

When we insert chart in a post and click full image option then instead of one there are two chart got uploaded in the post and we have to delete one image. kindly look into this.

sometimes image attaches as thumbnail thats why I click at full image option. but it seems now I shall use insert image only and full image shall be uploaded.
