How to Pick stock for next day trading

Dear friends
I gone thru all this forum I am totally confused which method I have to use for daytrading. Right now I am using geojit trading tips. But I am always end up in loss.

for example. I got buy call for KPIT

Buy KPIT AT 108 TGT: 110/115 S/L 105 - INTRADAY
when i added that symbol and checked the price it's already 108.80
i purchased 500qty at that price and targeted 50p after that stock went down and i had loss of 1000.

Please somebody can help me on daytrading.

How to select stocks for next day trading.

what method i have to use.
