Through your option trading platform via new OI and Volume. So you will need real time data feed with a serious option broker. Still: You have to understand on what option strike levels and in what time frames you will see those data. Means: On a short time scale this may helps and on bigger TF you are also served with delayed data. Your choice and your way of how you choose to trade (Strategie trading or just pure TA trading)
