HDFC charges Rs. 30 per for depositing $10 on IQ option.

HDFC has been charging Rs. 30 per $10 for every transaction since july 20. Is the charges normal or excess pls explain if anyone know it. And, which bank or medium is best for trading in foreign exchange (i mean in dollor).
