Surprise is
Jio is working fine since I started this morning (so far)
but was working very bad yesterday till late evening, even after mid night

I have experienced very smooth connection since last 2 days, both with Jio and Airtel.

This may be due to a change in my habits. My new habit is to clear the browser cache by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Del every time I start the browser. I have been doing this 2-3 times every day for all the browsers I use (Firefox, Chrome, Opera).

as soon as u face any issue with net immediately call call center.
Get your complaint no. note down the name of the person and time of call.
they will give u TAT of 24 hrs.
if nothing happens then find the no. of concerning applet authority and give them details of ur complaint and ask them to resolve it.
thing get accelerated if u call applet authority

no to the known issues of internet
1. frequent disconnection
2. permanent disconnection.

1. frequent disconnection :
it happens whn lot of traffic on single switch
and due to tht bandwidth crises.
in this case u get frequent RTO - request timed out in ur ping status.

wht is ping:
call made to some ip.
you can do it by-
opn command prompt
type
ping 8.8.8.8 -t

this is google site ip

and this ideal.

now if u get frequent RTO in it now u know wht's the issue

2. permanent disconnection.

this might be some cable cut or poor physical connection ,or something at ur system end.
mostly at their end
in this case u will get general host not reachable message in ping status.

i hope now u can successfully argue with those call center people

yes jio has problem and jio blocks site too
at 5:00 am jio works properly ....then from 7:00 am get hammered
i am leaving jio fromnext mothand going to airtel :xD

speed test will show u 11 mbp 21 mbps
but when u open webpage my mtnl on 6 mbps beats jio anytime any day currently
only means ambani is throttling speed.

My BSNL BB nice as always. it was working ok since last 3 - 4 months but last few days again this crap. is there some problem as many guys facing this frequent disconnections ? koi sea link/ cable wagerah to nahi cut gayi ?

If the theory of Uranus influencing IT is correct, this should improve now. It was changing signs. But now Mercury is retrograde. As it is said to rule communications, there may still be problems till it turns direct. Not sure.
But Infy does form highs/lows on hourly during Uranus events. Just an observation. Not confirmed if it happens always.
