formula needs for willams%R

I am using willams %R indicator for trading, I want following indication for buying & selling


Willams%R (7)
Willams%R(14)

(1) If it both touch in same time "0" (zero) meance sell red down arrow indicator &

(2) if it both touch in same time "100" ( hundred) meance buy blue up arrow indicator

Very few people use metastock on this Forum now ! I use MS but no idea about creating an Indicator.
Shall refer your post to a few who I think can help. Keep your fingers crossed!
