How to see LIVE charts & then what is the subscription cost per month?

Any idea how we can get Constant Range Bars in MT5? I installed MT5 and works nicely with normal TimeFrame charts, but could not find how to set Range bars in MT5. Though the same constant range bars can be done in MT4 via indicator.. not sure why range bars not present in MT5

As of i see it is live and it have decent historical data down to 1 min bars
