Fibotrader - filter formula for volume

Hi seniors,

I have downloaded fibotrader .Pl. guide me reg. filter set up for following filter criteria.

Volume should be greater than 15 days average by 50 to 300 % on today
Close Price should be less than 2% price

Hope to receive guidance from seniors.
