There is serious issues with trade station of 5 paisa
It gets hang many times when there is up/down breakout in the market movement.
TRADE STATION terminal gets hang and trader misses crucial entry / exit point.
As per example today on 22-11-2019 at 11:04 AM when bank nifty was trading at -56 spot points the Terminal was hang at the same time other broker terminal was displaying tick by tick data in respective terminal on same broadband line and the data resume automatically after 1-2 minutes when banknifty spot began to trades -96 to -100 points.
During the time I tried change broadcast server option of trade station tarimal but no response.

If any trader is experiencing such issues with trade station please share here with date and hang time slot so that the collective information can be gathered for further action.

MASS CHEATING WITH ONLINE TRADERS IN STOCK MARKET
I am sharing my trading experience and action. When ever there
is Major movement in the market some of the trading
terminal or the web Base terminal Gets Hang.

Trend is the friend in the stock market. But one can not
take benefit from such major movement from the market
during the such HANG SLOT.

IT IS NOTHING BUT THE LOSS OF
OPPRTUNITIES / PROFITS TO THE TRADER.

At the same time the data feeders are working nicely and
Data Charts are updating in charting software tick by tick.
So it is not general TECHNICAL PROBLEM. Some time it
may be the genuine Technical problems.

If such hangs of terminal is during Major Movement /
Event in the market then, the trader should react to such
experience. As a trader I have reported such incident to SEBI
with full details like name of broker, type of terminal,
web base or direct from desktop . Date and Slot time
when the terminal was Hang, name of Instrument I was
trading. The movement in the Instrument by points
/ by percentage during Hang slot.
