Sir go to https://ezgif.com/maker and then Gif Maker n then choose files... then Upload

after uploading either resize or dont resize images n choose a time for animation, 100 would be fine, n then Make Gif

so Gif will be created n u will b able to view it, n then finally save it as a file, that option is on bottom right of page
