Compare stocks on excel

Hi,

I have two lists in excel.

I need to find out the duplicate values in the 2nd list ie the stock names which are already in 1st list.
I tried conditional formatting ->duplicate values(excel 2007) but all the values are being marked.

Any help is appriciated.

You can use vlookup function to find the dups.
