Why did the NSE.It stop providing their solutions?

does this manual tools work with any broker? or again limited by their supported brokers.

Never knew NSE.IT provides these systems. Symphony can only work with their own brokers since even automated trailing of Stoploss is considered algo trading by nse. Indian exchanges are amazingly anti-retail.

Customer service is not great of even symphony. If you have a yearly subscription then they provide perfect service but if you are doing paper trading they kinda treat you differently.
