Bonus Share Record Date vs Stock Price

please let me know if I sell the shares in my demat account before receiving the bonus shares, will it cause any problem?

Most of the Broker's platform will allow to sell only the amount of stocks that are there in your DMAT account. So if you are expecting allotment of bonus shares but they are not credited till the date when u are placing sell order, you will not be able to sell bonus share.
You can only sell the original balance that was in your DMAT account.
