No dear, I just visited this forum after many weeks and read your query today. I don't use this strategy now. However I made changes to this startegy and added some additional conditions for BUY SHORT decisions, and that performed better. But then I also left that. I used some other stratgies , backtested and then found that any particular strategy works in any particular time period only and then after a while it becomes unprofitable .

And Its more true for Nifty. Nifty doesn't always trade on Tecnical analysis theories, because there are tens ( if not hundreds) of factors which influence Nifty, But momentum volatile stocks which move only for 2-3 days move much more on technical analysis theories when they give breakouts ( for ex Jublfood, jetair, wockphrama, TTK prestige etc). So I have left trading Nifty and trade only momentum stocks now. Everyday I have new list of scrips, and I would trade in this list only. You can do a exploration on EOD data for scrips which have made high or low more than 5% from the previous day's close and volume more than 2 lakh. Then next day trade in these scripts only. No news like IIP data, world markets, pre mkt Dow live futures, any govnt statement or even Nifty movement doesn't influence their movement. Comparatively They move much more on technical analysis theories

Plz.mentioned the entry time.Time-as soon as cross the BA or SB value?Or have to wait for 2-3 minutes whether it hold above or below entry price?
