Positional Nifty : Entry is mine, suggest EXIT

I follow a strategy to trade Nifty Positional ! Its always in trade type strategy. At EXIT its always reversal of trade from Long to Short or from Short to Long. Overall profitable but most of the times reversal comes much later after showing Big profit.
Trades are based on EOD charts.
Shall post my enrties and would request guidance on some "exit" point !
Trades are based on something called : "Chandellier Trailing Reversal Stops" !
Its in Metastock that I view charts.

Shall post all trades generated since Jan 2014 ! I am trading only from 28th February. My first trade was a Big success, giving me guts to continue to trade though mostly in indisciplined way! :eek: :p :(
