hi suresh,
welcom to the forum. you seem new to charting. This setup
is not downloaded but plotted on the chart. if you don't have
any charting software getone . Till then as an alternate you
can use icharts.in a website by swingtrader . plot indicators
on it and test them on different securities.
regards,
vinay

Hi Joy
Sorry for replying late.Thank you for explanation on risk-reward ratio. In my local newspaper I come across words like "risk -reward ratio is more than 3 so it is a good BUY".Could you pls tell me what could this mean ? Since the ratio is arrived at "3" it looks like some mathematical calculation.
Does elliot wave theory allow to pridict prices say after 2-3 weeks or mths ?I believe fibonnacci allows that.Am I correct ?
Pls advice
Many thanks for devoting your time to answer queries at this forum.

hi rpc,
in simple terms suppose a stock is trading at Rs. 10 and you expect
it to rise it to Rs.19 then your reward is Rs.9 and let your stop be at
Rs. 7 then your risk is Rs.3 So a R/R ratio of 9/3 or 3:1 in your favour.
so, a ratio of more than 3:1 is v.good. Hope this helps you.

hi drvasurao85,
I do not think I have reached stage where I could give
advice on individual stocks but after a quick look at charts I think both
are hold . But no fresh positions. please keep tightening your stop loss.
for details see threads by saint amitbe and others who are much better
analysts than me.

Hi Joy
Thanks for the explanation. Now I have understood.A simple concept I thought involved a lot of calculations. You have explained beautifully with example.
Pls reply to follo which I asked in earlier post also

Does elliot wave theory allow to pridict prices say after 2-3 weeks or mths ?I believe fibonnacci allows that.Am I correct ?
Is there any way of determining future prices ? Have you any idea how the experts say price of a scrip after say 2-3 weeks or months will be so and so.
Thanks
