Rate Updation is Very Slow

I have a branch in one share broking firm. i am using VSAT Connection.Rate Updation is very slow. Please help me. And also my client told me that he is using odin diet software through BSNl Broadband. Some time he didn't able to
connect it. Connection busy error came. He contacted IT People ,they told that BSNL Server Problem. Please help me.
