Options on individual stocks

Hi,

I am looking to trade in UNITECH options.
As their at the money options itself is only around Rs.5/-
So that the downside risk is very less.
1) But will it provide enough liquidity to exit easily ?

2) Is it best time to go shot on DLF & UNITECH ?

3) Is it possible to trade in the real estate index ? If yes, then what is it's complete name ? is it listed in BSE or NSE ?

1) NO.. stock options has no liquidity, but you can exercise if you've bought the option.

2) Don't know

3) As far as i know there's no tradeable index for real-estate shares. even those available for trading like nifty-junior, bank-nifty, midcap, are illiquid.

Hi,

I find the following stocks are high beta. i.e, they have a lot of price movements every day

1) UNITECH
2) DLF
3) ICICIBANK

is it safe to create at the money straddles on these stocks ?

will I get consistent profits, even if small ?
