Volume Breakout Alert?
hi,
can any one tell me whether MS8.0 or 9.0 has a feature where it will give volume breakout alerts in real time with real time direct data feed (given by odin)? Thanxs & Regards Mohan Gandhi

hi mohan
there is a way. for this your charts should be updated in real time on daily periodicity. not on intraday periodicity and an expert to be attached to the charts which alerts you when the total volume is filled against yesterday. but this alert you will get only for those charts which are open and being attached with the said expert. the other way is running an exploration. you may run at different intervals and check where the volumes got filled. for any other help in this regard pl. look into help in metastock AJAYKUMAR
