1. IT People (India) Limited withdraw the issue
IT People (India) Limited has decided not to proceed with the issue. Company said that the application money received from the applicants will be refunded in terms of the Red Herring Prospectus.
The Company received a favorable response from the QIB & HNI participants in the FPO but due to a lack of response to desired levels from the retail investors the Company has decided to withdraw the issue.
2. Magnum Ventures Limited IPO finally oversubscribed by 2.95 times. Retail section of the IPO oversubscribe by 3.3854 times.
3. Upcoming IPOs:
-Dagger Forst Tools Ltd (DFTL) FPO opening on Sept 03rd.
-Allied Computers International (Asia) Ltd IPO opening on Sept 07th.
-Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd IPO opening on Sept 10th.
