Id suggest to wait for it to resolve,it may bottom out now or may bottom out after 300 points(whether short term or medium term only time will tell),dont chase.Look at some basic technicals and then take ur decision.
Warm regards
Amit.

Technically support for the sensex was 13650-13500-13425 all support have broken now tommorow is very important day if it sustain below 13500 in next few days then it can move further dwn to 12995 so my suggesion is to not to buy now let it move above 13500 and weekly close should be above 13600.

i think lot of speculative selling is seen, lack of buyers , adding higher spreads ..........micro crash.....
put on rsi or stoc divergence and wait for down trendline break on upside...if no break, then do nothing.... if there is a break on trendline on upside + divergence is on will be a swing buy oppor on nifty fut.

cheers,
winston

The level of 13300 is a crucial fibonnachi level and represents the a key support level. If the FII's are booking profits before 31 dec 06-- they too have to give returns to the investors-- then it may not hold. Most of the FII's have a 3 yr perspective & therefore the guy's who entered in 2003 may like to book profits. In any case the sensex is valued at earnings of FY09 if we factor in Graham's margin of safety concept.I am sure it will not be a crash as in "harshad mehta's" time or KP's time. The growth back's the rise of the markets and the FII's are a bit uncomfortable with the valuations ,if i hear them correctely on CNBC.
