Hi,
Why does the NSE symbols list do not carry the yahoo's <.NS> extension?
Are they still valid on yahoo?

Hi,

I wonder if any software have Dynamic Trend Line indicator, which would show changes with price movements. If so, please inform the source and compatibility with popular charting software.
2. Any patch for directly converting the NSE, BSE Realtime Ticks to indicator compatible external software? If yahoo can supply it, is it from NSE subscription or other sources? Answer would be interesting and useful to many online traders and investors to monitor their portfolios.

Best Wishes.

any one using this software to download the Intra BSE data

Dear fellow traders,

I learned a lot from this forum, especially Saint's threads. Inspired by the works/contributions of jdm, cooltetra, pkjha30, satya, ....to name a few, also soumya_b's FiboTrader, I started developing yStock. Of course this is a freeware, and source-code will be given to selected members.

Features:-
  • MDI interface,
  • Multiple WatchLists (any symbol that yahoo supports),
  • Multiple Charts including Intraday (all yahoo parameters, configurable)
  • Data download - NSE & BSE
Download:-
System Requirements :-
Windows2000 and above, with 128mb ram
IE & Internet Connection ;-)

Notes:-
Support files should be installed to the same directory as yStock directory.
You should be logged on to yahoo finance website, with "Remember password" option turned on, to get realtime NSE quotes in your watchlist.
It is written in PowerBuilder10, using yahoo for quotes & charts.

Please check out the attached screen shots of initial version.
Your feedback is highly appreciated.

Thanks & Regards
Siva, Kuwait.
