Watch one more chart here of GBP/JPY showing ghost countertrend pattern that ended with 20 pips profit.
One thing to notice is the momentum as shown by the Woodies CCI is already corssed the zero line about 2-3 bars before the price crosses the simple moving average.Also the LSMA on woodies panel becomes negative much before the CCI crosses the zero line when the ghost pattern appears.
Ghost pattern is followed by negative LSMA, crossing the zero line by CCI line and then the price breaks below the SMA...as traditional analysis goes.
