wrong charges for late payment

my question is i ahve 1 lac in my a/c ledger,say i traded the 1 lac that day at evening if the loss is 1.5 lac they shud have RMS squared off my positin at best 70000 loss or worst 1lac..........if they RMS square off at 1.5 lac my account is in in 50 k debit? whats the solution suggestion

But they are telling RMS is 70pct and they will square off.all brokerage when you inquire for intrday they give this answer

That is to protect them...due to intraday players are playing with Exposure....

Square off is not a mandatory or procedure...

He thought 70% is brokers stop loss and maximum possible 100% is his stop loss.

can you tell little bit further about the position you had? what price you bought ? with margin money? when did you sell, same day or later? what stock/option you bought? how much it was when you buy and how much it was when you sell?
