WEEKLY CALL :


BUY COPPER (FEB CONTRACT) : AROUND 406 - 407, TARGET 1 - 415,
TARGET2 - 419, STOPLOSS - 400.

ANALYSIS :
Copper prices made a new life time high on both LME and MCX. Tighter supply prompted investors to bet on the red metal.
After two consecutive months of decline in copper imports by China, November months imports came in at 351,597 tonnes, higher by 29
percent. This came in as a surprise and many were expecting continuation of declining imports as the arbitrage window largely remained closed.
This is indicating that the demand continues to remain strong and thereby prices might continue TO MOVE HIGHER....

WEEKLY CALL :
BUY Natural Gas MCX (DEC CONTRACT) around 199 - 200
TARGET1 - 209 , TARGET - 212 , STOPLOSS - 189.


ANALYSIS :

Natural gas futures traded up more than 1% ended at $4.417 facing profit booking in last trading sessions. The spot natural gas prices at Henry Hub delivery point rose almost 2%to $4.34 form $4.24 a week earlier on strong physical demand. The latest EIA report showed increase in proven natural gas reserves. U.S. net proved natural gas reserves rose 11% in 2009 to total 284 tcf. Natural gas inventories fell by 89 Bcf against forecast of decline of 83
Bcf in the week ended Dec. 03 to 3.725 tcf 9.8%above the five year average levels.

The forecasts for cooler weather and below-average temperatures are expected along the U.S. East Coast and parts of the Gulf of Mexico coast through Dec 19, according to various weather forecast agencies which may boost demand for heating space resulting higher natural gas prices.

Copper (feb): Copper is very strong now.i can give support level of copper
r1 - 422.70 , r2 - 425.50, r3-430.50
s1-414.90, s2-409.9, s3-407.10

copper is trend is strong. When copper goes below 414 then only week.
