Suggestions about Bajaj Hindusthan.

#4
There is a buy recommendation on Bajaj Hindustan from EMKAY in there weekly newsletter yesterday.

Moreover, there are Short positions in this Stock that will need to be covered so we may see a spike in this.

IMHO, don't load up, but try to buy in small quantiites and proceed with caution.

i don't understand why people want to go to sugar stocks now, atleast for one year you won't find any good movements in these stocks,if any change in government policy towards sugar sector there will be possiblility of good movements.

there are many good stocks available at nse and bse .. to buy and sell.

don't fall in love with scrip or sector...making money is important.

See its not about Sugar. Its about Ethanol. There is very little downside left for Bajaj Hindusthan. I always wanted to buy this but could not as it looked costly and really speaking it was. At these levels, its a steal.

Suddenly and silently, the world’s demand for ethanol is about to explode, creating a global business that could make early investors wealthy.

George Soros’s Adeco has recently bought a major ethanol plant in Brazil. Bill Gates acquired a share in three new plants in Brazil’s western state of Mato Grosso do Sul. Even Google’s Larry Page and Sergei Brin have revealed plans to invest in Brazilian ethanol.

International companies are one step ahead of them: Infinity Bio-Energy, which trades on the London exchange, already operates Brazilian ethanol plants valued at $200 million and plans to invest another $500 million in five more plants by year-end. Evergreen, a British group, has recently bought Cridasa, a major ethanol producer in Minas Gerais

Bajaj Hindustan is going to benefit in a huge way . The key is ethanol.
