Rules for Introducing Broker!

Hello All

Hope somebody can shed some light to my question.

1. What does it take to become an IB (Introducing Broker) In India. Mainly for FOREX.

2. What are the rules to setup an IB as a Registered company.

3. Are there any certifications that we need to qulaify for the above.

I would appreciate if anybody can help me or point me to the information. Any pointers to a consulting firm that can do this.
