Hi all,
I would like to test a few trading strategies on all of the NIFTY stocks and to do the backtest I would need data for last 10 years. Now the problem is that only 33 NIFTY current stocks have last 10 years of data, for the other stocks i would like to use some proxy.
I would explain by an example.
BhartiArtl listed on 18/02/2002, now if i want to use some other stock as a proxy for Bharti before 18/02/2002 ...how should i select it?
Can anyone help in that?
